To show our appreciation for choosing us, we offer free shipping anywhere around the world! Our shipping times here at Petztastic can vary between 3-4 business days. It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and which location you are ordering from.

U.S delivery service options :

  • FedEx Ground (2-5 Business Days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (3 Business Days)
  • FedEx 2Day (2 Business Days)
  • FedEx First Overnight (1 Business Day)

Non-US Delivery Services Options:

  • Economy International (7-21 Business Days)
  • DHL Express (3-6 Business Days)
  • Fedex Ground (2-5 Business Days)

Shipping Process


Between 24-48 hours on average to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 10 days) or when your order includes popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including the address). We only deliver to the address you provided at check-out.

When ordering multiple items, it may happen that the products are shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to the different locations of the production partners.
